In this series we will  be thinking about our responsibility as Christians to giving an answer to questions posed us about our beliefs, “But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear” (I Peter 3:15).

A problem often occurs when Christians are discussing the origins of life with an unbeliever.  The believer is sometimes embarrassed and unsure of themselves.  In this series of comments you will be given some principles/ideas that every Christian must know.

First, do not be ashamed of the Bible, God says the earth was created in six literal days:  “So the evening and the morning were the sixth day” – Genesis 1:31.  Hold fast to your position, as a Christian.  God has given to us a clear eyewitness account of His creation in Genesis 1-2.  The Hebrew language clearly states that God made everything in six days.

The language is so simple and clear that even a Hebrew child could understand, things such as “evening and morning” and basic numbers such as “sixth” day.  The sentence structure plainly indicates six literal, 24-hour days.

Do not be afraid to take a stand with and for God!  He did it, He is the eyewitness, He was there, He was the creator.  His account is accurate and very clear.
